Bryn Powell - Executive Chef


Bryn Powell has been established as an outside caterer for over 20 years.

As a youngster Bryn was educated locally at the much acclaimed Llandrillo Catering College whilst working at the equally acclaimed Sumners Restaurant & Grill.

After qualifying as a Chef, Bryn then went on to work at the 5 Star Bodysgallen Hall specialising in the Patisserie section where he spent 6 years refining his skills at the highest level.

Next up for Bryn was the post of Head Chef at The Queen's Head, Glanwydden. Here Bryn enjoyed many happy and successful years winning numerous awards in culinary excellence and helping to establish The Queen's Head as one of the top eating places in the area.

In 1980 Bryn then started A Piece of Cake and has, for the past 20 years, been building a reputation within both private and corporate circles providing the highest quality in catering and service. If you are still not convinced then take a look at what his customers have to say.
