We will bring a range of sandwich platters, fresh fruit, cakes, healthy options to your boardroom meetings. Fresh Juices, Mineral Waters etc supplied. All crockery will be provided or disposables if you prefer.

A Selection of freshly prepared sandwiches on wholemeal and white bread can include a selection of the following:

• Fresh turkey breast,sage stuffing and cranberry

• Fresh chicken breast, button muchrooms and cherry tomato kebabs basted with honey and rosemary
• Fresh vegatable and fruit kebabs with a sweet chilli dipping sauce (v)
• Ginger,garlic and black pepper sauted king prawns served with lemon and pepper mayo dip
• An oriental platter of vegtable samosa, onion bajhi and sweet potato pakoras served with mango chutney (v)
• Sweet potato, spinach and chick pea falafal (v)
• Hard boiled free range egg, halved and filled with a light paprika mousse topped with prawns
• Bruchetta topped with garlic mushroom, tomato garlic and basil or pesto goats cheese (v)
