Bryn, Just a quick note to thank you so much for all your hard work on Saturday. You and your team made my 40th Birthday party run like clockwork, I had to worry about nothing which allowed me to really enjoy the night. The food was fantastic and was complimented by all my friends and family, the team of servers and waitresses were superb and catered for all our needs, kept us topped up with drinks and at the end of the night left our kitchen spotless. Excellent.

We were recommended Bryn as a local caterer when we very first viewed what became our wedding venue. Not being local to the area, we were very keen to seek personal recommendations so went to visit Planters Cafe and had a chat with Bryn about what we were looking for. From the start, Bryn was fantastic - completely understood our catering requirements, was very frank and honest. We had spoken with other caterers at wedding fairs and just felt the zero's were being added with every question asked.
Our menu was not the norm and Bryn went far beyond the regular level of catering services and helped make our wedding such a huge success; researching into ingredients and authentic techniques and even sampling dishes on holiday that we had requested. When we had our tasting session, dishes were presented exactly how he had in mind and was all delicious, and all home made.
Bryn's passion for food is fully evident in the quality, which every guest at our wedding, even the fussy ones, complimented us on. We heard nothing but gushing compliments about how tasty and unique the food was. His team were fantastic on the day and made it all run really smoothly.

Had A Piece of Cake Caterers for my son's 18th whilst staying in The Old Rectory Country House and they were fantastic. Bryn the Chef is an expert, the food was outstanding and the waiter Roger is a must. He's polite, efficient and a real gentleman. Thank you guys. Kim Dorras
We had the pleasure of having Bryn and his team do the catering at our wedding at the beginning of September and I couldn't recommended them highly enough. From our first meeting, Bryn made us feel welcome and was always on hand to offer guidance and advice in all aspects of our wedding planning. I can honestly say the catering was the only thing we never worried about during the wedding planning process. On the day we didn't even notice the team arrive and they new exactly what they needed to do. The food was amazing and everyone commented about how fantastic it was.
